Cyber Monday Sale Terms and Conditions
1. Sale Period
The Cyber Monday Sale begins at 12:01 am Central and concludes at 11:59 pm Central on Monday, November 27, 2023.
2. Eligibility
The sale is open to all customers, both new and existing, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
3. Discounts and Offers
All discounts and promotional offers are applicable only during the specified Cyber Monday Sale period. Discounts apply to private lessons only and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
4. Lesson Availability
Availability of lessons is on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Payment
All newly booked lessons must be registered within the Cyber Monday Sale period and paid for with 72 hours of contact from The Studio to qualify for the discounts.
6. Returns and Exchanges
No refunds will be allowed after December 1, 2023.
7. Cancellations
a. Lessons cannot be canceled or modified once they have been confirmed by The Studio.
8. Modification or Termination
The Studio reserves the right to modify or terminate the Cyber Monday Sale at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, all eligible purchases made before the termination will be honored.
